Transformational Breathwork Coach & Somatic Guide

I didn't just study healing.
I lived it.

I have guided hundreds of clients through some of the most profound healing experiences of their lives. I work with breath, the body, sound, and the nervous system. I hold space for what talk therapy alone cannot always reach.

I was trained by some of the world's most respected teachers in breathwork and somatic transformation: Dan Brulé, Kute Blackson, Sadhguru, Bibi Brzozka, and Chris Keener.

My credentials are both professional and personal.
I studied this work deeply, and I lived it fully.

The story behind the work

This page is not a brand story. It is the emotional map of how this work was born, and why women who have spent years in survival finally feel safe enough to soften here.

Chapter one

The woman who looked unshakeable

I learned early that being the strong one could keep me needed, but not truly seen. My body adapted to survive: stay alert, stay useful, keep moving, do not collapse.

By 15, I was a mother. By 16, married and working. By my 30s, I was a senior executive in retail, high performing, deeply responsible, and quietly disconnected from myself.

If you are a woman who looks "fine" on the outside while feeling numb, anxious, or alone inside, hear me: you are not broken. You are adapted. And adaptation can be healed.

Chapter two

The break that became an opening

When my daughter left for college and my toxic marriage ended, the noise finally stopped. Every emotion I had postponed for years rose to the surface at once.

I tried to stay busy, to stay productive, to stay in control. But my body was asking for something different: truth, regulation, depth, and real support.

So I chose help that went beyond coping. I chose somatic healing, breathwork, nervous system restoration, and mentorship that required honesty.

Chapter three

The rebuild from the inside out

I flew to Bali. I surrendered old identities. I let my old life fall apart so something true could be rebuilt with breath, body awareness, and emotional honesty.

Over years of training, integration, and private client work, I learned that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming safe enough to return to yourself.

Today I guide women with both lived experience and rigorous training, so what happens in session is not just emotional relief. It is lasting transformation.

For the woman reading this

If your body is tired of carrying everyone and everything, this is your permission to stop pretending you are okay. You do not need to keep earning your worth through exhaustion.

I know this not because I studied it — but because I lived it for decades. I was the woman who had everything figured out on the outside and could not sleep at night. The woman who ran toward more achievements, more cities, more roles, to avoid feeling what was underneath.

I know the particular grief of success that does not feel like enough. The loneliness of looking strong all the time. The exhaustion of holding everything together alone.

That is why I can meet you in the places most people will not go.

I live between Laguna Beach, California, and Tulum, Mexico. My work integrates emotional release, breathwork, somatic pressure, inner child reconnection, and expanded states of consciousness in trauma-informed, one-on-one care.

You are not too late. You are not too much. You are right on time to come back to yourself.

Training, Lineage & Mastery

A body of work built through
rigorous formation and lived transformation

This work is the result of years of devotion, disciplined study, and lived transformation. Every session I guide is shaped by the teachers, lineages, and embodied practice that have formed me.

Transformational Leadership Formation

From 2018 to 2020, I completed the 14-month Coaching Apprentice Program with Kute Blackson across Los Angeles and India, an intensive immersion in transformational coaching, self-mastery, leadership, spiritual inquiry, and deep human development. I later completed Sadhguru's Inner Engineering, which deepened my relationship with body, mind, emotions, and energy as a foundation for inner clarity and conscious leadership.

Breathwork & Somatic Integration

In breathwork, I trained with Dan Brulé, a pioneer of the modern breathwork movement, and earned certification under Chris Keener, whose method is rooted in somatic awareness and integrative healing. This refined my ability to work with nervous system regulation, emotional processing, trauma release, and embodied presence. I also completed Bibi Brzozka's multi-month Ladder to Bliss mentorship in intimacy, conscious sensuality, and relational dynamics, deepening my work in authentic expression and feminine power.

Ancestral & Emotional Release Lineage

My lineage includes Sahumadora certification with Lolita Vargas Martínez (Malinalxochitl), a respected medicine woman, recognized Mujer Medicina, and guardian of Anáhuac ancestral traditions, with ceremonial training in copal, sacred smoke, prayer, intention, and elemental connection. My advanced practitioner formation in Emotional Release Therapy with Pat Jackman and Core Energetics studies with Stuart Black, former director within the Core Energetics Institute, continue to deepen my precision in working with stored trauma, character structures, and emotional integration at the level of the body.

This is why women trust this work in moments of profound transition: it is not theoretical. It is rigorously trained, deeply embodied, and held with the discernment required for lasting transformation.
