What your 90 to 120 minutes can hold

Every session is private and responsive. I track your breath, your body language, and your pace in real time so you feel supported from beginning to end.

Step 1

Opening: arriving into safety

I begin with regulation and orientation. Your system is met gently so you can transition out of vigilance and into trust before deeper breathwork begins.

Step 2

Middle: breath-led emotional release

I guide rhythmic breath activation so emotion can move through tears, voice, stillness, movement, and somatic support with full consent.

Step 3

Closing: integration and return

Breath holds can create profound insight and expanded awareness. I close with inner child reconnection, sound, and nervous system settling so what shifted can land.

In every session, I remain trauma-aware and precise. Nothing is forced. Everything is guided with care.
