Somatic and Breath-Based Healing

Emotional Release Therapy
Private Somatic Work

Emotional
Release Therapy

For the woman who has done the inner work, and whose body is still bracing.

Marissa symbol

Your life looks strong outside.Your body is asking for relief.

If you are the woman who leads teams, manages everything, and still feels tension, reactivity, shutdown, or loneliness in your body, I want you to hear this clearly:

You are not broken.Your body has been protecting you.

Emotional Release Therapy is where we complete what your system never got to complete when you were trying to survive.

This is not performance healing.
This is body-level emotional completion,
guided with safety, depth, and precision.

Why this still happens,
even after years of inner work

Your mind can understand while your body still reacts.

Insight helps, but your nervous system can still move into anxiety, shutdown, or over-control. That is stored survival patterning, not personal failure.

Emotional memory is physical, not only psychological.

When grief, fear, rage, or hurt had no safe place to move, your body stored them in breath, posture, and protective tension.

Completion changes the present.

ERT helps your body complete emotional responses that were interrupted long ago, so your system can trust that the past is over.

This work is rooted in somatic practice and trauma-aware facilitation. Your body experiences present-day safety and a new emotional reality — not as a concept, but as something you can feel.

Session Structure

How I guide your ERT session

Every session is unique. Your body leads. I guide with structure, consent, and emotional precision. Nothing is forced — you choose the pace throughout.

  1. Somatic pressure

I work with specific points where emotional memory is often held. We track tenderness, contraction, numbness, and activation with precision and care.

  2. Guided breathwork

Breath softens internal defense patterns and opens access to what has been compressed for years, always at a pace your body can integrate.

  3. Voice and sound

Crying, sound, words, and intentional exhalation help your body complete release pathways that talking alone cannot always reach.

  4. Inner-child dialogue

I guide you to meet the younger part of you from present-day adult safety so she can finally feel seen, protected, and no longer alone.

  5. Integration and emotional reset

We close with regulation and grounding so what shifted can land in your real life, relationships, and decisions.

You are not re-living trauma. You are completing what was interrupted.

Safety, Agency, Discretion

You stay in control.
I stay fully with you.

For women who have spent years holding everything together, safety is the foundation. This is high-touch private work, held with respect for your pace, privacy, and nervous system capacity.

You stay clothed, in control, and fully respected at all times.

You can pause, slow down, or stop at any moment.

I track your breath, body cues, and emotional pace in real time.

This is private, one-to-one, and held in full confidentiality.

A grounded and confidential Emotional Release Therapy experience

This work is for you if...

Especially if you have achieved a lot, yet still feel emotionally burdened in relationships, family dynamics, or intimacy.

You are high-functioning and highly responsible, yet your body still feels braced or tired.

You have done inner work and still notice relationship triggers repeating.

Family, childhood, or partnership pain still influences your present decisions.

You want trauma-aware, discreet, emotionally precise support.

You are ready for emotional freedom, not another coping strategy.

“Your body has been holding what your mind was not ready to face. You do not need to understand it to release it. You just need to feel safe enough to let go.”
